It was not that he did not want to make five-star cards. They were simply too difficult, beyond his abilities. Otherwise, Xiao Bo and the others would already have been equipped with five-star cards across the board. The methods for making five-star cards had always been held by a tiny handful of Card Crafters and academies. Learning them through other channels was extremely difficult.
