An Jing arrived in Douluo I, gathered rare herbs, and defeated Yu Yuanzhen before turning his attention to Shrek Academy and Tang Hao. The arc left Tang Hao wounded, Ah Yin and her soul bone taken by An Jing, and Tang San learning that Xiao Wu was a hundred-thousand-year soul beast.

• An Jing woke in the Star Dou Great Forest with his level-seventy cultivation and Battle Armor intact, rescued Zhu Zhuqing from assassins, and learned he had traveled back to Zhu Zhuqing’s era.
• An Jing took Zhu Zhuqing to Heaven Dou City, confronted Dugu Yan, and forced her to lead him to Dugu Bo and the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well.
• An Jing selected immortal herbs, survived consuming three of them, and gave Dugu Bo and Dugu Yan herbs to help with their poison affliction.
• An Jing defeated and killed Yu Yuanzhen at Heaven Dou Royal Academy, then collected the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan’s treasury at Nine Dragon Mountain.
• An Jing and Zhu Zhuqing reached Shrek Academy, where An Jing defeated Dai Mubai and several instructors before confronting Tang Hao.
• Tang Hao fought An Jing, detonated his first six Soul Rings to unleash the Great Sumeru Hammer, then fled with Tang San and Xiao Wu after the battle devastated Shrek Academy.
• An Jing found Ah Yin behind a waterfall, took her and the Blue Silver Emperor Right Leg Bone, while Tang Hao told Tang San that Xiao Wu was a hundred-thousand-year soul beast cultivating as a human.
