How Dare You Treat the Imperial Seal Like That? (Second update-please vote with your monthly tickets)
"We're back again..." The Mind Master and Mighty Warrior carried their suitcases up to the familiar apartment building rooftop behind the Red King, sighing endlessly.
From boarding the plane to landing, then taking a taxi here, the two had sighed the entire way. The Red King was sick of listening to them. Did they think he was in a good mood?
The Red King was about to scold them when the Mind Master spoke first. "Lord Red King, did the Professor really ask for the two of us by name?"
The reprimand died on the Red King's lips, and his tone softened a little. "Yes, the Professor personally selected you. He must think very highly of you and want to cultivate your talents."
The Mind Master and Mighty Warrior sighed in unison. They couldn't understand why the Professor thought so highly of them.
After their triumphant return, they had moved into a villa, acquired luxury cars and beautiful women, and lived in a drunken haze of extravagance. They had thought that was how they would spend the rest of their lives.
If this were a movie, their lives would have reached the ending: two tomb robbers stumbled upon a treasure map and endured countless hardships. Though they hadn't obtained the treasure, they had received enough money to last the rest of their lives. That was good enough.
They had never imagined the movie would get a sequel.
One phone call from the Professor had frightened them out of their hedonistic stupor. Learning where the mission would take place had made them want to burst into tears.
The Mind Master and Mighty Warrior were utterly dejected. Before, they had wanted the Professor's attention, but he had ignored them. Now that they had his attention, they wished he would forget they existed.
