A voice came from nearby. "Captain Kenpachi! You've got some nerve!"
Uchiha Hikaru's gloomy, murderous voice came from not far away. His figure appeared unhurried, yet he arrived before them in the blink of an eye.
"Uchiha Hikaru?" Shinji Hirako looked at the young man in the white Shinigami uniform before him, surprise appearing on his face.
"I finally found you."
Uchiha Hikaru gave Shinji Hirako an indifferent glance. "Captain Kuchiki, Captain Kenpachi, why are you chasing Shinji Hirako so relentlessly?"
"Didn't you know that Soul Society has already lifted the order to hunt them down?"
Kenpachi Zaraki and Kuchiki Byakuya exchanged an indifferent glance, both looking somewhat guilty.
"How did Uchiha Hikaru know they were pursuing Shinji Hirako?" Although both of them had doubts, neither asked aloud.
Kuchiki Byakuya in particular seemed unwilling to explain anything. He simply closed his eyes, while Zaraki Kenpachi laughed awkwardly.
He just wanted to fight Shinji Hirako. Since Shinji had undergone Hollowfication a hundred years ago, he had never had the chance to encounter him.
Over the past century, he had heard plenty of rumors about the Visored. Supposedly, every one of them possessed captain-class strength.
That only made him more curious.
So he had kept chasing Shinji Hirako.
But how could he say something like that to Uchiha Hikaru?
His face was full of distress. With his brawn-over-brains nature, he could not come up with a good excuse.
"Uh... uh... we were just playing with him!"
Kuchiki Byakuya directly rolled his eyes at Kenpachi Zaraki.
Shinji Hirako's face was full of misery. Thinking back on Zaraki Kenpachi's behavior along the way, it really did fit the words "chasing him around to play."
He had wanted to fight him for fun!!!
All of a sudden, Shinji Hirako felt as though he had taken
