"Ah? Elbaf?" Hikaru was somewhat surprised. His gaze passed over the tall little Giant girl before him and landed on the even larger, more intimidating adult Giant warriors in the distance. They stood leisurely atop the wound where the sea beast had been cut open, looking at the bewildered Hikaru with undisguised smugness.
"Yes, this is Elbaf, the world's strongest nation!" the little Giant girl said cheerfully. "Don't be afraid. We saved you, so you won't become sea beast poop!"
Hikaru's face darkened. On the first day after he had been swallowed, he had been soaking in the sea beast's stomach acid. Even such powerful acid had failed to corrode him, so how could he possibly be digested into something so filthy?
The little girl did not know what Hikaru was thinking. She merely treated him as an ordinary human and happily reached out to pick him up.
