When he heard King Kai call out his name, Uchiha Hikaru was a little stunned. Kami?
Had this guy been a spy in his previous life? He had made his name known all over the world. He knew that, according to the laws of the second dimension, people who acted too arrogantly often did not survive past the second episode.

"King Kai, since you know who I am, then Kami must have told you why I came, right?"
