What exactly were the planets under their jurisdiction?

For example, Planet Namek, Saiyan Planet, or something else.
As long as he could confirm some of those things, he would immediately know how to proceed.
It seemed he would have to ask the Seventh and Sixth Wheel Kings later.
However, Uchiha Hikaru noticed a problem. He could feel his body surging forward at a terrifying speed, yet he did not feel the slightest sense of the journey's end.
This was somewhat unexpected. Could it be that the so-called passage did not immediately bring one to the underworld where the Sixth and Seventh Wheel Kings resided upon entering it?
After waiting a while longer, Uchiha Hikaru was getting a little impatient.
How long would it take before he could dominate the Seventh Wheel King's hell?
This was maddening... Uchiha Hikaru simply closed his eyes and let the spacetime passage carry him along.
When he felt that his body was no longer moving, he opened his eyes.
At first glance, he saw a pair of eyes as large as lanterns.
"A ghost!"
With a roar, Uchiha Hikaru raised his hand to strike.
But the enormous creature before him seemed to have been frightened instead and ran off with cries of "Wah! Wah!"
Uchiha Hikaru could feel the thing's huge feet pounding against the ground. The booming sounds and earthquake-like tremors were rather unnerving.
Uchiha Hikaru looked around and discovered that this place really did somewhat resemble the underworld he remembered. It was dark and gloomy.
