Uchiha Hikaru looked at Raditz and the other two lined up side by side, teasing them with a comical expression.
Saiyans had extremely strong pride. If Vegeta had not always been so prideful, Son Goku would not have turned him around in the future and made him a big shot protecting Earth. By the time the Dragon Ball world neared its end, he had even been willing to fuse with Son Goku using the Potara Earrings, becoming Super Vegeta to beat up Majin Buu.
But Buu was far stronger than Super Vegeta. In the end, Son Goku had still relied on his own power to destroy Buu's evil side.
Uchiha Hikaru knew that Vegeta had no weakness right now. In the future, he was killed again and again only because he had gained a weakness—his family.
It was hard to imagine that a man who had always seemed so carefree, as though he cared about nothing, would ultimately be vulnerable because of family bonds. It seemed all great figures were the same.
Sure enough, upon hearing Uchiha Hikaru's words, Vegeta and the other two exchanged glances. The extremely arrogant Raditz gave a disdainful laugh and said to Vegeta and Nappa, "Leave this minor character to me."
"What!"
Nappa was the only relatively low-key weakling among the three. He looked at Vegeta.
Vegeta merely glanced sideways at Raditz and smiled. "Since you want to go, go alone. I have a feeling this guy is not merely someone with the seven or eight thousand Combat Power we see on the surface. Don't embarrass us."
Back when Saiyan Planet had not yet been destroyed, Vegeta had been the prince of an entire planet and possessed high-class Saiyan blood.
