He remembered that King Kai had scolded him two hours ago. He hadn't expected Goku to cause such a huge commotion again so soon.
Thinking of this, King Kai grew even more irritated. He extended his senses and began searching for Goku's whereabouts.
"Hmm?"
The next moment, King Kai sensed an unfamiliar presence and frowned in confusion.
On the other side of Kai Star, thick smoke still filled the air after the explosion. Goku stood not far away, staring intently at the billowing smoke.
"You're indeed much stronger than before, but you're still lacking."
Then Uchiha Hikaru's voice drifted over from somewhere.

Following the source of the voice, Goku suddenly turned around. Uchiha Hikaru had appeared right behind him, and Goku had not noticed him at all.

As soon as Goku spoke, he shot forward, rushed before Uchiha Hikaru, and launched a fierce attack.
His punches were incredibly fast, cutting through the air like the wind with razor-sharp force. A single punch produced countless phantom fists, afterimages intertwining in a dazzling blur.
"Ahhh!"
Goku kept shouting as the energy within him continued to rise, his attacks growing increasingly fierce.
Uchiha Hikaru did not counterattack. Facing Goku's rapid assault, he merely used Instant Transmission to dodge back and forth.
Yet Goku pursued relentlessly, constantly chasing after Uchiha Hikaru. Their figures flickered without pause, appearing here one moment and there the next, impossible to predict or grasp.
"Your speed isn't fast enough. You've chased me for so long, yet you still can't even touch the hem of my clothes. Looks like all that training was for nothing!"
