It was not just Gis who thought so. Sabo, Burter, and Guldo all believed Frieza had mobilized such a massive force for the very reason Gis had stated.
Not only them—even Frieza's entire army thought the same.

The others were even more confused.
"Vegeta may appear loyal to me, but he harbors ulterior motives in secret. Why should I care whether such a subordinate lives or dies?"

After saying that, Frieza turned his gaze toward a corner.
