Frieza's army shouted in unison, hastily flattering him. Their cheers shook the heavens and the earth.
"By the way, doesn't the dragon grant its summoner three wishes? I've only fulfilled one. There are still two left, so why did the dragon disappear?"
After being immersed in delight and wild joy for a long while, Frieza slowly came back to his senses. He looked at Dende in confusion.
The other Namekians did not know the answer to Frieza's question. Only Dende knew what was going on.
"Didn't we agree that the remaining two wishes would be given to us? After I helped you fulfill your wish, I reserved the other two. They can be granted the next time Porunga is summoned."
How could Dende not see through Frieza's scheme? Afraid that Frieza would go back on his word, he had prepared a backup plan.
Dende smiled at Frieza, seemingly proud of his own cleverness.
After learning the truth, the other Namekians were also proud of Dende and silently praised his quick wit.
Frieza, on the other hand, darkened his face and stared coldly at Dende. He said sinisterly, "Do you think such a little trick can save you? I'll kill every last one of you right now!"
Frieza had only agreed to those conditions offhandedly in order to deceive Dende. He had originally intended to use the first wish, then threaten Dende into granting the remaining two.
Yet Dende had actually kept a backup plan. Being outmaneuvered felt terrible, and Dende's actions enraged Frieza.
Frieza was a demon through and through. Once angered, he would leave millions of corpses behind and turn rivers red with blood!
Frieza extended his palm and began gathering energy. A sphere of light flickered and pulsed in his palm as a highly destructive dark energy ball
