Whis's staff flashed, and the next moment, he appeared above Earth.
"Earth? How did it end up like this? Human over there, did you cause all of this?"
Whis flashed directly to Uchiha Hikaru's side and asked curiously.
As he looked at the crazed Uchiha Hikaru, Whis sensed that something was wrong. But the utterly frenzied Uchiha Hikaru had already made his move.
All three types of Haki were fully unleashed!
Sage Chakra erupted!
Flames instantly surged around Uchiha Hikaru's body!
If it had been anyone else facing such an assault, even a God of Destruction would have changed expression.
But who was standing here now? The angel of the Seventh Universe. Even a God of Destruction had to behave himself in front of him.
With a gentle wave of his hand, Whis dispelled all of Uchiha Hikaru's attacks.
"Look at you, why did you attack so casually? But never mind. I was bored anyway, so keep me entertained for a while."
Whis gave a cold smile.
If Uchiha Hikaru had merely been venting before, retaining a sliver of sanity that kept him from completely destroying Earth, then Whis's arrival directly removed that restraint. After all, he could not remember who this person was for the moment; all he had was the instinct to vent, and now he had found a target for his mad release!
