Uchiha Hikaru's mission was to obtain the Dragon Balls, then use them to help himself rule the Twelve Universes. His other goal was to slay demons and eradicate evil in this world to increase his own energy.
"Master, we can't keep staying on this mountain forever. Isn't it time we went down and checked out that bustling street over there to see if anything unusual is happening?"
Although Uchiha Hikaru greatly disliked how the pale-faced scholar could do nothing, especially since he knew absolutely nothing about martial arts, he was still pleased and comforted by the scholar's initiative during their journey ahead.
At the very least, the scholar would not hold him back on the road ahead, and he could also speed up the search for the Dragon Balls.
"I'm quite pleased to hear you say that. At least it means you take the initiative when it comes to adventures in the future. If you know no martial arts and do not even have this much initiative, then I really see no reason to keep you around."
