Tsunade could not be bothered with whatever wild guesses and gossip were spreading through the Shinobi World.
But she knew perfectly well-
She had landed in another huge mess.
Tsunade pinched the bridge of her nose, anger surging through her chest. She was ready to explode.
"Those old bastards... just how many dirty deeds and atrocities have they committed behind our backs?!"
She was almost speechless.
It had not even been a month since she took over as Hokage!
Every day, she had to clean up the older generation's messes and take the blame!
And now, more dirt had surfaced.
"Do they think being Hokage is easy?!"
Beside her, Jiraiya rubbed his chin, his brows tightly furrowed in utter bewilderment.
"That's strange... I've traveled all over the Shinobi World, but I can't think of a single faction or small country that Konoha completely wiped out."
At those words, Tsunade gave a cold laugh, her voice dripping with scorn.
"Heh, Jiraiya, you give those old fossils far too much credit."
"None of their filthy, unspeakable crimes would ever go into the mission logs. They wouldn't leave a single record!"
With that one remark, she finished.
Jiraiya was instantly struck speechless.
Of course!
For Konoha, for power, for stability, they had abandoned every moral boundary.
They did their dirty work in secret, erased the traces, and destroyed the evidence, leaving everything so clean it was as though nothing had happened.
There was no way they would leave records!
Jiraiya tugged at his hair, looking thoroughly troubled. "Then what do we do now? The Veil Organization hates Konoha to the bone. We're talking about vengeance for a destroyed country. If they secretly attack Konoha someday... and we know nothing about them, we'll be in serious trouble!"
Tsunade took a deep breath, suppressed her
