Tony muttered to himself, while Maya sounded anxious on the other end of the line. "What should we do now?"
With such a massive hot potato on her hands, Maya found it impossible to stay calm.
"Keep an eye on him. I'll send someone to pick him up shortly."
Tony spoke calmly, his eyes deep in thought.
To Maya, this was a hot potato, but to Tony, it was an opportunity to gain control over the upper echelons of the United States.
Although he was already very powerful, there were still financial groups that could rival Stark Industries.
Previously, Tony had naturally entertained no such ambitions. After all, Stark Industries already stood at the top, with no way to climb any higher even if he wanted to.

Maya acknowledged his instructions, then hung up.
After the call ended, Tony turned to Happy, whose face was bruised and swollen. "Go to Pioneer Technology and bring him back."
"Yes, boss."
Happy nodded at the order, then left the villa and drove to Pioneer Technology.
Meanwhile, after reviewing surveillance footage from all across New York City, S.H.I.E.L.D. finally located the members of the Ten Rings.
Although they had done their best to avoid cameras along the way, surveillance was simply too dense in a major city like New York. The fact that they had remained undetected until now was already a testament to the Ten Rings' abilities.
