Looking at the dark red particles gathered in his hand, Malekith broke into an enormous grin. His gaze was utterly captivated by their dark red glow, as though they contained some peerless treasure.
At the sight, Loki forcibly suppressed the urge to snatch the Aether back and hurried forward to check on Jane.
After examining her carefully, he found that aside from her pale face and weakened condition, nothing else was wrong. The worry that had been weighing on him finally lifted.
Seeing that she was still unconscious, Loki did not wake her. He merely waved a hand and put her back into his storage space.
