In a great hall aboard the Spacecraft, Hoder, the God of Darkness, Balder, the God of Light, Manni, the God of Strength, and Modi, the God of Courage, had surrounded Loki.
The four stared at Loki with hostile eyes, while Loki looked back at them with equal coldness.
The sight of Loki crossing the battlefield alongside Algrim was still fresh in everyone's minds. Now that the Dark Elves had suffered a crushing defeat, Loki, the supposed traitor, naturally faced a reckoning.
Thor stood between the two sides, keeping them apart as he repeatedly explained that Loki had not betrayed them and that everything earlier had been part of his plan.
Judging by the situation, however, his explanation clearly had not achieved the desired effect.
The expressions on Hoder's and the others' faces barely changed.
Once Thor finished speaking, Hoder and the others, who had remained silent for some time, finally spoke.
Balder looked calmly at Thor and said unhurriedly, "Thor, we know you want to protect him, but betraying the Gods is a grave crime. We can't let him go. Stop wasting your breath."
At those words, Thor grew desperate.

"Loki sees you as an enemy. Why would he cooperate with you?"
"Besides, how do you know he wasn't using you? Perhaps things only turned out this way because the Dark Elves he sided with lost."
"Manni has a point. Stand aside, Thor, or we'll have to take you down as well."
