The gods stared at the closed Palace doors, their eyes flickering. None dared make a rash move.

Tony had proven his strength in the earlier battle in space. Now that Loki had entered the Palace, they did not dare force their way in.

For a time, hesitation filled the gods' faces.

But not everyone feared Tony.

Heimdall looked at the Palace doors, then glanced back at the hesitant gods. Taking a deep breath, he slowly stepped forward and walked toward the doors.

He was Asgard's guardian god, protecting not only the Bifrost but Odin as well.

Now someone had impersonated Odin, while Odin himself was nowhere to be found. Heimdall had to get to the bottom of it, no matter what. Suppressing his wariness of Tony, he knocked on the Palace doors.

Knock, knock, knock!

The dull knocking rang out. Heimdall spoke calmly. "I request an audience with Lord Tony."

There was no response from inside the Palace. Heimdall's expression darkened, and he continued, "If you refuse to see me, my lord, then forgive my intrusion."

With that, Heimdall shoved hard, pushing the Palace doors open.

Creak.

The sound of the Palace doors opening slowly rang out, making the gods' hearts leap into their throats.

Soon, the doors were fully open. Without hesitation, Heimdall strode inside.

Tony, sitting cross-legged on the bed, and Loki, who had returned to his true form, immediately came into view.

After glancing at Tony's closed eyes, Heimdall quickly fixed his gaze on Loki.

"It was you!"

Heimdall stared at Loki as he spoke slowly.

Although Loki had returned to his true form, Heimdall had fought him and recognized at once that he was the one who had just impersonated Odin.

Anger flashed across Heimdall's face. "Where is the God King?"
