Soon, a chilling aura radiated from Hela, even more terrifying than before her physical body had been destroyed.
For a moment, Captain and the others felt a crushing pressure, and their expressions changed.
Just then, Hela opened her eyes. Two beams of divine light shot from them, piercing straight through space.
Feeling the tremendous power surging within her, Hela broke into a smile.
As the saying went, there could be no rebuilding without destruction. As the Goddess of Death, she had grown stronger after experiencing death herself-far stronger, in fact.
After all, only by experiencing death could she truly live up to the title of Goddess of Death.
In a flash, Hela left the center of the blood pool and appeared before Captain and the others. Captain quickly asked, "Lady Hela, now that you've recovered, are we going to continue our conquest?"
Hela shook her head at Captain's question.
Before fighting Tony, she had still entertained the idea of ruling the Nine Realms for fun. After their clash, however, she had lost all interest in them.
If she had not needed to gather flesh and blood to restore her body, she would not even have bothered attacking Midgard.
Now that she no longer needed flesh and blood, she naturally had no reason to continue.
"Rest and regroup for a while. Keep things as they are. I'll be leaving for a time."
"Lady Hela, where are you going?"
Susan sounded curious.
Only after speaking did she realize she had said something inappropriate. How could someone like her pry into the movements of such a powerful figure? Frightened, she hurriedly covered her mouth.
Fortunately, Hela was in an excellent mood and took no offense. She even offered a rare explanation.
"Although I've recovered and become stronger than before, I still can't handle
