Returning victorious, Loki arrived at the palace entrance amid the jubilant cheers of the gods and soldiers.

While everyone else celebrated Asgard's great victory, Loki quietly slipped out of the hall.

He headed to an area beneath the hall that resembled a basement.

Directly below the hall lay Odin's private treasury.

It held countless treasures Odin had obtained through war.

One level farther down lay Hela's treasury.

The vault held treasures amassed during Odin and Hela's campaigns. If word of its contents spread, it would surely draw the covetous attention of most powers in the universe. After all, the treasures within were truly priceless.

Holding Gungnir, Loki easily opened the doors to Odin's Vault.

Though the treasures in the vault were precious, Odin did not think all that much of them.

Thus, he had not put any special protective measures in place.

Loki did not know there was another vault below, so naturally, he did not explore any farther down.

He passed through a silent corridor.

Countless treasures, all exceedingly rare in the universe, stood on either side of the corridor, though several display shelves were already empty.

Clearly, someone had taken what had been on them.

None of these things caught Loki's attention.

He headed toward the deepest part of the vault, where even more precious treasures were stored.

Behind a stone pillar at Loki's back, Sylvie quietly followed him. Uncertainty flickered in her eyes before her gaze turned resolute.

Loki reached the innermost chamber and raised Gungnir with an imposing flourish, striking its butt against the floor.

A wall imbued with the Odinforce split open.

Dozens of suits of armor appeared before Loki.

The foremost suit looked especially tall and imposing.

Its name was the Destroyer.
