"Secretary of State? Pepper, who's the new Secretary of State?" Tony picked up a glass of liquor.

"General Ross." Pepper casually took the glass from Tony's hand and set it down.

Tony spread his hands helplessly and said to Steve, "I bet anything this guy supports is bad news."

Since the invitation came from the government, Tony and Steve had no reason to refuse.

Even if they disagreed with its demands, they could at least find out what grand undertaking it had planned.

Tony and Steve headed to the Secretary of State's office together.
