Ye Hua was drawn into Jonas’s conspiracy, captured Yue Chen, and then returned to Dragon City to investigate Yue Chen’s growing organization. Yue Chen built the Dragon Clan Commoners' Mutual Aid Association, while Ye Hua prepared operatives to confront it and Yue Chen identified her as the likely source of the surveillance.

• Ye Hua and Yue Chen’s feud led Ji Yeling to recall them, while Ye Hua received anonymous evidence claiming Yue Chen had bribed Dragon City officials.
• Ye Hua used a hidden chip to access Dragon City’s database, learned that Li Hua was an undercover agent in District 25, and was drawn into a supposed conspiracy by Jonas’s planted clues.
• Ye Hua disobeyed orders, tried to regain Yue Chen’s trust, and then suspected her of belonging to the organization Jonas described.
• Jonas persuaded Ye Hua to cooperate with the Alt Conglomerate, captured Yue Chen with Ye Hua’s help, and then arranged an explosion that allowed a rescue team to carry Yue Chen away.
• Yue Chen returned to District 25 and declared her intent to oppose Dragon City’s aristocratic forces, while Ye Hua decided to return to Dragon City as well.
• Yue Chen formed the Dragon Clan Commoners' Mutual Aid Association, while Ye Hua investigated it and concluded that its members might be pawns in a plan against Dragon City.
• Ye Hua assigned Zhao Tiexin, Li Jingya, and other operatives to watch and confront Yue Chen’s organization, and Yue Chen recognized Ye Hua as the likely person behind the surveillance.
