Vishy said, "Law Fragments form inside them, and they can even produce Wild Spell Spirits. I relied on snatching Law Fragments and devouring Spell Spirits to condense my Thief Wing."
"Unfortunately, the division of the Six Kingdoms and their geography are completely different from my era, so I don't know where those public heavens are anymore." Vishy smiled.
