Felix and Daedalus were extremely lucky. They were the only two Saint Domain Artificers able to admire this demigod war, one infinitely close to the limits of the Six-Winged, at close range. But they were also extremely unlucky, because they were right in the center of the battlefield.

Perhaps, though, they were simply too weak, or perhaps they also counted as "designated hostages," so the angels did not involve them. If they had not still been able to filter it through their Saint Domains, breathing alone would have destroyed their respiratory systems.

Felix was lying in Daedalus's arms at the moment, her spirit so weak that even her consciousness had begun to scatter, leaving her somewhere between waking and unconsciousness. Daedalus was not surprised at Felix's state at all. Felix had wanted too badly to see Ash's condition clearly, to the point that she had actually dared to open her eyes wide and stare at the annihilation of laws between miraculous wonders. It was like a mayfly creature in the deep sea facing the majesty of sunlight head-on.
