Before Song Yunxing could speak, the car's engine started.
"Boss, Boss's Wife, you two go ahead and talk! We'll head to the police station and take care of things for you!" The baby-faced young man had ducked entirely beneath the seat, leaving only one hand visible.
The silver sports car reversed at speed, rounded a corner, and quickly disappeared from Shen Yanci's sight.
"You swapped clothes with Ruan Cha?" Shen Yanci's gaze darkened as he stared fixedly at the slightly oversized clothes on the young man.
Song Yunxing nodded and explained why.
Shen Yanci flicked his collar, his expression grim. "They don't look good. Change out of them when we get back."
The young man didn't protest. He did need to change when he got back, after all.
"Put on your helmet. I'll take you back." Shen Yanci put on his own helmet.
The young man nodded, put on his helmet, and swung a leg over to sit behind him.
"I'm about to set off," Shen Yanci warned.
"Oh." The young man lowered his head, looked around, and grabbed the Motorcycle's rear grab rail.
Shen Yanci glanced back at him, his tone faintly sour. "What? I can't even get a hug now?"
Song Yunxing blinked, seemingly realizing something, and the tips of his ears slowly reddened.
The young man released the rail and slowly raised his arms.
"It's not like I'm going to eat you." Shen Yanci took his wrists, brought his hands around to his stomach, and interlaced his fingers, securing them there.
"Let's go. Time to head home." Shen Yanci started the Motorcycle.
With a throaty rumble, the black Motorcycle sped along the road in the early hours of the morning.
