Upon arriving in the Valley of Creation, the first things that greeted them were waves of golden wheat and wonderfully refreshing air.
But the most eye-catching sight was the towering statue in the village's central square.
It was not a full-body statue of Arceus, but a fountain built around its iconic golden Thousand-Cosmos Wheel.
Under the valley's bright sunshine, the enormous golden ring reflected a warm, dazzling light.
The intricate patterns on the ring seemed to hold the laws of the universe and the ultimate truths of creation.

The Golden Wheel of Creation was the spiritual heart of the entire Valley of Creation, as well as the symbol that gave the place its name.
Seeing everyone stop before Arceus's Golden Wheel of Creation statue,

a group of Arceus's emissaries, founded the Valley of Creation and built this statue."
The village's architecture was simple and traditional, with most buildings made from white stone, giving it a certain resemblance to Dahara City.
Although the Valley of Creation had little contact with the outside world, at least it was not some backwater that had only just gotten internet access and still browsed on 2G.
The people of the Valley of Creation were also legal residents of the Kalos Region, and every one of them had a Pokémon League ID Card.
The Valley of Creation simply did not allow outsiders to move in.
Normally, the Pokémon League would certainly not permit that.
But Arceus was the one who set the rules.
And so, under the Kalos League's jurisdiction, the Valley of Creation was able to keep to itself.
