After finishing his morning livestream, Li Wei headed to the staff cafeteria. He still hadn't eaten breakfast.
"Dayou, Mizuki."
Li Wei nodded to them.
He went straight to the glass serving counter. "Xiao Meng, I'll have a bowl of noodles with minced meat."
The topping had already been stir-fried,
so Xiao Meng only needed to cook the noodles.
"Sure, take a seat!"
Li Wei's grandpa had taken Xiao Meng on as his apprentice long ago,
teaching her both cooking and Pokémon breeding.
The thing was, Xiao Meng really did have boundless energy.
Not only did she grow Berries in the orchard,
but she was also there cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
From what Li Wei had observed, she genuinely was one of those high-energy people, so he hadn't tried to stop her.
Li Wei carried his noodles over and sat beside Dayou.
"Anything you need my help with today?"
Dayou had already checked the work log. "Steven's Pokémon are due for their care treatments. Want to handle them yourself?"
Steven had booked full-body treatments for Metagross and the others, including hot spring therapy and an essential oil application at the end.
There wouldn't be any massage, though,
because no one could massage Metagross.
Not even Li Wei could manage that.
"I'll handle the essential oil care at the end."
Li Wei followed up, "What about this afternoon?"
Mizuki suggested, "Keep making Pokéblocks this afternoon, and teach the newcomers while you're at it."
Li Wei opted to delegate.
"Just have Dawn and Shiyin teach them."
Mizuki nodded. "All right, that works too."
Li Wei really didn't have that much time to teach them step by step.
Making golden Pokéblocks that surpassed perfect quality required his full concentration.
