The theme park's opening ceremony was tomorrow.
Li Wei had no work to do today. His only job was to welcome guests.
He had quite a few guests to welcome today, probably one group after another.
Playing with Shaymin and the others at the Little Ranch that morning had simply been because he wanted to have fun.

Li Wei chatted with Professor Rowan about the park and the Summer Camp.
"Everything is ready for the Pokémon Summer Camp. The twelve camp instructors will arrive tomorrow."
Professor Rowan said slowly, "I'm really sorry for the trouble. You were already busy with the park's opening... and now I've asked you to help with the Summer Camp, too."
Li Wei smiled. "You don't have to be so formal with me. I really am not busy. Every exhibition hall has someone in charge. All I have to do is coordinate everything behind the scenes."
At most, Li Wei handled some of the more dangerous Pokémon himself. For everything else, he just gave directions.
Li Wei was now like a general, mainly issuing orders and only occasionally taking the field himself.
As for who the marshal was, that was his grandpa, of course.
Li Wei smiled. "The whole point of this park is Pokémon education. Helping children understand Pokémon properly is one way for it to fulfill its purpose."
That was also why admission to the park itself was inexpensive.
Li Wei had previously set ticket prices at 1,600 Pokéyen for adults and 800 for children, with free admission for children under six.
With the Pokémon League's minimum hourly wage at 1,100 Pokéyen, those prices were practically charity.
