The sunshine was gentle, and the air smelled of the sea as a soft breeze brushed past,
carrying the sea air with it and stirring the wind chimes hanging on every street corner. Their crisp, pleasant notes mingled with the tourists' laughter.
Li Wei and Cynthia walked side by side down the bustling street. Cynthia wore her usual black trench coat, her long golden hair draped casually over her shoulders.
They weren't holding hands, but their natural closeness and the occasional meeting of their eyes revealed an unspoken understanding and intimacy.

But perhaps out of respect for these two top Trainers and publicly acknowledged lovers, or perhaps because they sensed the peaceful atmosphere between them that ought not to be disturbed,
everyone merely cast kind, curious, even slightly well-wishing glances their way. No one rashly approached to interrupt this rare time alone together.
Li Wei sighed contentedly. "Being an official couple is great. Nobody even bothers us when we're out shopping."
Cynthia didn't pick up on his remark, absorbed instead in the rich atmosphere of history and legend.
In the legends and history exhibition area,
Li Wei and Cynthia lingered for a long time, quietly discussing the legends of Lugia and Ho-Oh.
Looking at the model of the Burned Tower, Cynthia said softly, "The story of Ho-Oh and its Legendary Beasts always feels a little sad, no matter how many times I hear it."
Li Wei turned his gaze toward the model as well and nodded. "The loss and rebirth of life always carry a weight that's difficult to put into words."
