The Research Forum Summit had officially opened the previous afternoon, and Li Wei had seen quite a few "old acquaintances" there.
There was also Professor Kukui, whom Li Wei knew, though the professor did not know him.
Like Li Wei, Professor Kukui stood out among all the professors...
Because of his well-developed muscles.
After the forum concluded the previous afternoon, Professor Kukui had approached Li Wei.
After introducing himself,
Professor Kukui had made a request.
"Mr. Li Wei, once this Research Forum Summit is over, could we find a café and sit down for a chat?"
Li Wei had a very favorable impression of Professor Kukui, the Masked Royal who took such good care of Ash.
Li Wei nodded. "Of course. I'd very much like to talk with you too, Professor Kukui. Please, just call me Li Wei."
Professor Kukui clearly had not expected Li Wei to be so accommodating, and for a moment, he was taken aback.
Professor Kukui might have been a professor, but there really was not much he could help Li Wei with.
Professor Kukui thought, He really is just as the rumors say.
The other professors lavished praise on Li Wei, describing him as humble, helpful, and every other flattering thing they could think of.
Quite a few students at the Pokémon School were Li Wei's fans.
Since Professor Kukui also wanted to meet Li Wei himself, he had decided to try inviting him.
And so, Li Wei and Professor Kukui exchanged contact details and agreed to meet after the Research Forum Summit.
What would Professor Kukui want to talk to me about?

Teaching a class at the Pokémon School?
Or bringing the students to the Theme Park for an educational trip?
Li Wei did not
