She offered her conjecture. "I suspect Li Wei may have used some kind of rare item."
Giovanni nodded. "There's no need to investigate. If he needs anything, simply provide it."
"There's one more thing. I'm not sure whether I should mention it to Li Wei."
"Go on."
Matori explained, "Artificial hot springs generally require sturdy underground infrastructure to accommodate the pipes and equipment,
and efficiency and quality are precisely Team Rainbow Rocket's selling points. Should we recommend our services to Li Wei?"
Team Rocket already had a real estate business, and they had always constructed their own buildings.
That included the orphanages Team Rocket was currently building and renovating in the Kanto Region, all of which were handled by Team Rainbow Rocket.
