With travel to and from Eindoak Town so inconvenient, watching television was Nurse Joy's everyday entertainment.
Whether it was the Master League or the news from Opelucid City two days earlier, Nurse Joy had seen Li Wei and the others on TV.
As the heroes who had saved Opelucid City and even the entire Unova Region, Li Wei and Cynthia received a warm welcome from Nurse Joy and Audino.
"And you too, Ash. Thank you so much!"
The enthusiastic Nurse Joy even clasped Ash's hand in both of hers as she thanked him.
Riding Mega Latios, Ash had certainly made a name for himself on television.
Ash was the one who had lured Kyurem into the designated area, showing off some impressive maneuvers with Mega Latios.
Li Wei really hadn't expected it,
Latios and Ash had worked together so well.
Li Wei couldn't help remembering the Hoopa movie,
where Ash had ridden Mega Latias, too.
Perhaps Ash was simply that talented...
On the morning of the day Li Wei and the others arrived in Eindoak Town,
Dread, a descendant of the People of the Land, was searching across the Unova Region for his scattered people.
Dread's goal was simple: to restore the former glory of the People of the Land's Kingdom.
To do that, Dread needed more help.
So he traveled from place to place, trying to persuade the descendants of his people.
But his efforts weren't going well.
