He looked perfectly respectable.
But the things he said were worse than farts.
After arriving on W Island, Si Ning thought he could finally get away from Jiang Qing.
He hadn't expected this beast in human skin to insist on getting revenge for that scratch on the plane.
Si Ning had barely returned to his dorm when Jiang Qing blocked him at the door.
"Seriously? All I did was accidentally scratch you."
Si Ning went on the offensive first. "You're a grown man. How can you be so petty?"
Jiang Qing leaned against the doorframe, both hands in his pockets. "Open the door."
Si Ning stepped back warily. "What are you trying to do?"
Jiang Qing said, "Have a chat."
Si Ning said, "I don't think we have anything to talk about."
"Are you sure?"
Jiang Qing took a chain out of his pocket. His fingers loosened slightly, letting a small silver tag drop and sway.
A glint flashed in Si Ning's eyes. He reached out to snatch it, but Jiang Qing dodged him.
Every special person had one of these numbered tags. They generally wore them around their necks, and since the tags were important, they rarely took them off.
Besides, the tag was made of platinum.
The number was engraved on the front, and the emblem of the Huaxia Special Person Organization on the back.
"Want to talk?" Jiang Qing asked.
Si Ning suppressed the urge to hit him and took out his key to open the door.
Jiang Qing walked in and shut the door behind him, sweeping his gaze around to take in the furnishings.
It was a one-bedroom apartment with a small living room and an open kitchen.
Special persons really did get good benefits. The walls were wallpapered, and the apartment was fully furnished.
