Under cover of night, Ye Ruan hurried to the place Yu Jingjing had told him about.
Gu Cheng stood waiting beneath a tree. He smiled when he saw Ye Ruan approaching.
Realization dawned on Ye Ruan. "So you sent Jingjing to find me on purpose."

"Have you been good?"

"Let me sniff you."

"I've kept myself squeaky clean. Nobody else has had a chance to get close."
