He raised a dragon claw, a ball of dark-gold light gathering at its tip, and aimed it at Fire Fairy.

"Aunt Ling!"

Shen Luo hesitated no longer. Holding the Ancient Jade high, he flew in from outside the space!

A trace of surprise appeared in Zhu Kun's eyes. His enormous dragon eyes flickered as he carefully controlled his Dou Qi fluctuations, afraid a single sneeze would kill this Eight-Star Dou Zong!

Fire Fairy struggled to free half a hand from the shattered rock wall. Her face was covered in blood, yet she still pushed toward Shen Luo. "Why did you come back? Go... hurry, go..."

Breathing rapidly, Shen Luo stood in front of Fire Fairy.

What Shen Luo feared most was Zhu Kun not giving him a chance to speak. Now his mind steadied slightly.

"If you kill us, you'll never get out of this wretched place for the rest of your life."

Zhu Kun narrowed his eyes. "Are you threatening me?"

"I'm stating a fact." Shen Luo wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth, his mind racing. "Opening Tou She Ancient God's Cave Mansion requires eight pieces of Ancient Jade, doesn't it?"

Zhu Kun said nothing, but his dragon claw drew back slightly.

"I have one, and the other seven are scattered across the continent. But if you smash the two of us to death here today, this piece of jade will stay in this space forever. And you'll be trapped here forever too, won't you?"

Zhu Kun's slit pupils slowly narrowed to thin lines.

"Boy, you're only an Eight-Star Dou Zong, yet you know so much? I almost can't bear to kill you!"

He curled his dragon claw, and a dark-gold force lifted Fire Fairy from a distance, suspending her in midair, unable to move.

"I'll crush her head."

Shen Luo clenched his fists, but his face betrayed no panic. "Senior, the Earth Core Magma World is far too dangerous. As a mere Dou Zong, I have no way of reaching this place."

Zhu Kun frowned. This boy was only at the Dou Zong realm and truly could not reach this place on his own, but he could not feel at ease letting that woman leave.
