When the bell rang to end their final academic exam and the proctor finished collecting the papers and left, Satoru Gojo was the first to charge out of the classroom.

Like a spring compressed to its limit and suddenly released, he shot up from his seat, shoving his chair back with a piercing screech across the concrete floor. He reached the door in a few quick strides, pulled it open, then stretched out in the hallway like dried kelp freshly soaked back to life.

"Aaaaaah-finally over!"

His voice echoed down the hallway, making even the bulletin board on the wall tremble faintly. He stretched luxuriously, raising his arms overhead as his joints cracked.

He had been about to lose his mind.

Making him sit properly for two hours was worse than killing him. He had spent at least a third of those two hours spacing out and the other two-thirds staring blankly at the questions. He had not even finished reading the final major problem on the math paper before writing "Solution" and drawing the Gojo Clan crest beneath it. Who knew what expression the teacher grading it would make?

Wana was not doing much better when she came out of the classroom.

Clutching her schoolbag, she walked with unsteady steps and unfocused eyes, looking like a flower wilted in the sun. Her hair was a little messy, a few sweat-dampened strands of her bangs plastered to her forehead. She reached the hallway railing, set her bag on the floor, and slumped over it, pressing her forehead against the cold iron bar with a long, exhausted sigh.

"Ugh..."

Suguru Geto emerged behind her, his relaxed expression and unhurried steps a stark contrast to the other two. He watched Satoru Gojo cavorting down the hallway, then glanced at Wana playing dead
