Ch. 21Framing

The Fujiwara Clan learned that the Emperor had sent the Abe family's Angel after the two-faced, four-armed monster and suspected the Sugawara Clan had turned the Emperor against them. At the shrine, Alluka and Nanika granted Fujiwara Daolong's wish, leaving Nanika ready to fulfill his demand that the Emperor obey him.

  • The Fujiwara patriarch suspected the Emperor was acting against the clan by assigning Angel to hunt the monster, and he ordered his relatives to eliminate Sugawara Satoru when possible and prepare another wish.
  • Fujiwara Michimitsu reported that Sugawara Satoru had gone to exorcise Yamata no Orochi in Harima Province.
  • Alluka followed the pink-haired girl to the shrine chamber, where Fujiwara Daolong asked her to make a demand of him.

  • Nanika agreed to Fujiwara Daolong's wish.

Ch. 22Demon god

Fujiwara Daolong used Nanika’s power to control the Emperor and other political enemies, while the Fujiwara Clan’s wishes helped spread Rope Person incidents and curses. Ryomen Sukuna learned that someone had blamed him for the atrocities and set out to retrieve something of his own before confronting Yamata no Orochi.

  • Nanika erased the Emperor’s ability to think independently and gave Fujiwara Daolong the means to command him.
  • Fujiwara Daolong impersonated the Emperor, then used Nanika to control political enemies who opposed the Fujiwara Clan.

  • Sugawara Satoru suggested kidnapping Alluka, and Takako Uro attacked him with Thin Ice Breaker.
  • Sugawara Satoru activated Limitless, received a warning from his Cursed Tool, and escaped after teleporting away from Takako Uro.
  • Takako Uro returned to Alluka’s room as the shrine’s residents and Fujiwara dignitaries mobilized, while Alluka fell asleep.

  • Fujiwara Daolong confided his fear that his relatives would seize his power, and Alluka prayed for him.

Ch. 25Subjugation

Ch. 27Framing

Ch. 28Resistance

At the Fujiwara Clan’s Daijō-sai, Alluka repeatedly asked the captive Tasuimaru to give her different organs, while the elders watched for a cursed spirit to form. Just as Alluka transformed into a monster and Tasuimaru protested, Ryomen Sukuna appeared on the roof to watch.

  • The Emperor avoided the Daijō-sai after officials proposed worshipping Ryomen Sukuna, and the ceremony was moved to the afternoon under Sukuna’s presence.

  • Alluka asked Tasuimaru for his liver, kidneys, spine, and heart, and he refused each request in terror.
  • Tasuimaru broke free of the warriors and protested that commoners were human too, as Alluka transformed into a monster.
  • Ryomen Sukuna appeared on the roof and watched the altar with interest.

Ch. 29The reckoning

Ryomen Sukuna rescued Alluka from the Fujiwara Clan’s ritual and slaughtered the clan members who had tried to use her. He reunited her with Uraume and left them behind as Uraume wondered whether Sukuna meant to treat her as an ingredient.

  • Nanika recognized Ryomen Sukuna as her brother and crushed Tasuimaru to death.
  • Nanika returned Alluka’s body, and Alluka happily asked Ryomen Sukuna to take her home.

  • Fujiwara Clan soldiers arrived, claiming their divine child was missing and asking whether Alluka was with Sukuna.
  • Sukuna cut down the woman and the Fujiwara soldiers, then Alluka greeted him and asked if he wanted to see Nanika.

Ch. 31Greed

Ryomen Sukuna met Nanika, Alluka’s wish-granting other self, but left without making a wish and took her with him. At their new residence, Kenjaku explained that the Fujiwara Clan had spread word of Alluka’s ability, prompting jujutsu sorcerers to unite against Sukuna as greed for her power spread.

  • Alluka brought Nanika forth, and Nanika offered to grant Sukuna a wish, but he laughed and ordered Uraume to follow him instead.
  • Uraume carried Nanika after Sukuna, while another Fujiwara Clan group found the bloodied abandoned residence and enraged Fujiwara Michimitsu with its report.
  • Alluka woke at Sukuna’s new residence and overheard that jujutsu sorcerers had gathered to subjugate him.
  • Kenjaku met Alluka and explained that the Fujiwara Clan had revealed her wish-granting ability to provoke others into eliminating Sukuna.
  • Kenjaku recalled that the equivalent exchange tied to Alluka’s wishes had repeatedly entangled his bodies in its consequences, and he noted that Sukuna’s actions had disrupted his plans.

Ch. 32Strength and weakness

Uraume tried to train Alluka, whose frail body quickly gave out, and discovered that Nanika appeared after three requests were fulfilled. When Uraume wished for Sukuna to have the tastiest meat, Nanika took all the meat from Heian-kyō's nobles and piled it at Sukuna's residence.

  • Kenjaku delivered his message and left, while Sukuna told Alluka she was useless and then set out to find Yamata no Orochi.
  • Uraume decided to train Alluka and took her to the mountain behind the house the next morning.
  • Alluka collapsed after running only a short distance, and Uraume carried her while testing whether her requests would summon Nanika.

Ch. 33Tengen

Alluka brought Uraume an immense pile of meat that overwhelmed Sukuna’s estate, so they went to town to find him a new residence and order fresh kimonos. While Uraume was inside a clothing shop, Tengen approached Alluka and asked her to make a demand, and Alluka requested Tengen’s right little finger.

  • Alluka asked Tengen for the little finger on her right hand, and Tengen smiled faintly before leaving without answering.

Ch. 34Openings

Kenjaku and Tengen discussed the rising cost of Alluka’s wishes and the danger her absence posed to Tengen’s plans. Ryomen Sukuna slaughtered the Jujutsu Sorcerers who delivered a declaration of war, while Alluka watched them die and wished them happiness in their next lives.

  • Kenjaku told Tengen that Alluka’s wish-granting ability could not be used for others while she was hidden or separated from the person making requests, and Tengen worried about the price and her barriers.
  • Uraume recalled Sukuna’s drinking vessels, then confronted Jujutsu Sorcerers who demanded Alluka and insulted Sukuna.
  • The leading Jujutsu Sorcerer delivered a declaration of war and named the Abe Clan, the Kamo Clan, Ashiya Masatsuna, Minamoto no Yorimitsu, and Genshin as members of the punitive army.
  • Sukuna killed the envoy with a glance, then offered to spare one messenger while ordering the others to stay.
  • The Jujutsu Sorcerers attacked Sukuna, who slaughtered them as Uraume and Alluka watched.
  • Alluka smiled and wished the dying Jujutsu Sorcerer happiness in his next life.

Ch. 35Entering the fray

As Sukuna left for the decisive battle, Uraume stayed behind with Alluka, only for Sugawara Satoru to break through Sukuna’s barrier and confront them. Uraume attacked him, while Sugawara claimed he had come to take Alluka back, leaving his true intentions uncertain.

  • Sugawara said he had come to take Alluka back, while Uraume suspected he had another objective.

Ch. 36Healing

Sugawara Satoru and Uraume confronted Tengen when she came to Alluka, whose requests forced Tengen to surrender parts of her body. Nanika then healed Tengen, and Alluka collapsed after returning to herself.

  • Sugawara Satoru realized the Northern House of Fujiwara was behind his clan's decline and blocked Uraume from reaching Alluka as Tengen arrived.
  • Alluka asked Tengen for her right little finger, and Tengen gave it to her before Alluka demanded her left ear's malleus and eighth left rib.
  • Nanika appeared and asked Tengen whether she had a wish, and Kenjaku urged Tengen to have her healed.
  • Nanika healed Tengen with a soft white light, then closed her eyes and returned Alluka to normal.
  • Alluka found a rib in her hand, swayed unsteadily, and collapsed.

Ch. 37Selfish desires

Kenjaku and Tengen argued over Alluka’s powers and their conflicting plans, while Tengen secretly prepared to kill the child. After Tengen fatally wounded Alluka, a distorted presence began emerging from her body, overwhelming Kenjaku with negative emotions.

  • Kenjaku examined Alluka after she fell asleep and wondered whether her power could heal as well as destroy.
  • Kenjaku considered extracting the curse inside Alluka for research, but Tengen rejected his scheme and sensed that Ryomen Sukuna’s battle was nearly over.
  • Kenjaku tried to turn against Tengen and seized Alluka, but Tengen’s prepared attack opened a wound across the child’s neck.
  • Tengen revealed that she had targeted Alluka’s vocal cords and planned to kill her before Ryomen Sukuna returned.
  • Kenjaku considered healing Alluka, but a distorted shape began emerging from her body and dragged his emotions toward despair.

Ch. 38Outcasts

Alluka died as the unknown Cursed Spirit Nanika emerged from her body, and the Prison Realm sealed Nanika and Alluka along with Tengen and Sugawara Satoru. Ryomen Sukuna took the Cube and left with Uraume, deciding to eliminate the remaining Jujutsu Sorcerers.

  • Nanika appeared behind Alluka as Tengen opened the Prison Realm, unsure whether its sealing condition would work on the enormous Cursed Spirit.
  • Alluka died, and Nanika’s emergence twisted Tengen and Sugawara Satoru into Rope People while Kenjaku escaped by abandoning his body.
  • The Prison Realm drew Nanika and Alluka’s body inside and became a Cube, which Ryomen Sukuna took after arriving.
  • Uraume apologized to Ryomen Sukuna and described the events, though he could not explain what had happened to Alluka or the others.
  • Ryomen Sukuna left with Uraume, saying he would clear out the remaining Jujutsu Sorcerers.

Ch. 39Younger sister

After giving birth to Yuji Itadori and Alluka, Kenjaku left the hospital with Jin and Uraume, who recognized the black-haired infant as Sukuna’s returned presence. Kenjaku left Uraume to care for the babies, and he soon overheard neighbors spreading a rumor that he was having an affair with Kenjaku.

  • Uraume entered Kenjaku’s hospital room and recognized Alluka’s terrifying presence, wondering if Sukuna had returned.
  • Kenjaku introduced Uraume to Jin as her younger cousin, and Jin welcomed him as Kaori’s little sister.
  • Kenjaku’s rapid recovery astonished the nurse, and she left the hospital with Jin, Yuji, Alluka, and Uraume.
  • Kenjaku told Uraume she would stay three days before leaving, then suggested he raise the children; Uraume accepted the role of their caretaker.
  • While buying groceries, Uraume heard neighbors claim that he was having an affair with Kenjaku and that his wife had died of anger.

Ch. 40Little sister

Years after Jin Itadori's death, Uraume cared for Yuji and Alluka while collecting Sukuna's fingers, and Alluka's strange power finally emerged at the park. The chapter ended with Yuji carrying his transformed sister to Wasuke, who feared the eerie change.

  • Jin Itadori died after grieving Kaori, and Wasuke Itadori fell ill following their funerals.
  • Uraume stayed to care for Yuji and Alluka because the children would otherwise be sent to an orphanage.
  • At the park, Yuji praised Alluka's block construction and tried to lift her when she asked.
  • After the siblings fell into the sand, Alluka turned deathly white with black features and asked Yuji whether he had a wish.
  • Yuji defended Alluka against two frightened girls, then ran to Wasuke with her.
  • Wasuke saw Alluka's transformation and feared that Kaori had returned for revenge.
