Lin Mu awakened in Sukuna’s body and used his power to manipulate the Emperor into launching a war against the barbarians, then entered a long slumber with Uraume. After a girl took his twenty fingers, the story shifted to Kenjaku’s later schemes and his assault on the Jujutsu Academy.

• Lin Mu transmigrated into Sukuna’s body, learned he had two years before his destined sealing, and left Heian-kyo with Uraume in search of Kenjaku.
• Uraume killed Yorozu after she embraced Sukuna, and Sukuna later confronted Heian-kyo’s jujutsu sorcerers before deciding to overthrow the Heian Period.
• Sukuna entered the Imperial Palace, forced the Emperor to summon the clan heads, and defeated Angel with Uraume’s help after she nearly separated his soul from his body.
• The Emperor and Sukuna sent the clan armies to war against the barbarians, whose stronghold fell after the attackers killed the tribal chief’s daughter and routed its defenders.
• As Sukuna watched Japan descend into chaos, the imprisoned clan heads escaped, but an unseen watcher turned them, the Emperor, and the general to dust, leaving the Emperor’s rule free to change.
• Sukuna and Uraume went to Mount Hida, where Sukuna split his soul into twenty fingers and Uraume died beside his preserved body before a girl took the fingers.
• Centuries later, Kenjaku used Sukuna’s Fingers to strengthen cursed spirits and attack the Jujutsu Academy as a diversion while he headed for the Tombs of the Star Corridor.
• Kenjaku escaped after shattering the Kamo Clan’s domain, the sorcerers seized two of Sukuna’s Fingers, and Kenjaku began forming a new idea in a remote village.

Sukuna enrolled at Tokyo Jujutsu High, sparred with his new classmates, and helped them win the Goodwill Event. During vacation, he encountered Megumi and Tsumiki Fushiguro, then became involved in a hospital mission where a special grade cursed spirit trapped him and Shoko in its domain.

• Sukuna joined Tokyo Jujutsu High, introduced himself to Satoru Gojo, Suguru Geto, and Shoko Ieiri, and secretly tested Dimension Slash.
• Sukuna defeated Suguru Geto in hand-to-hand combat and revealed that he had mastered Reverse Cursed Technique.
• Sukuna joined Gojo, Geto, and Shoko on a mission, where they defeated a Grade 1 cursed spirit and Geto absorbed it.
• Sukuna helped Tokyo Jujutsu High win the Goodwill Event by defeating Yamagami Kuro in the team battle.
• Sukuna found Megumi and Tsumiki Fushiguro, killed their attackers, and later cooked a meal for the siblings at their home.
• Sukuna and Shoko were sent to investigate a likely special grade cursed spirit at Tokyo First Hospital, where the crowd’s panic turned deadly.
• Sukuna and Shoko entered the hospital’s sealed innate domain, and Sukuna broke through its looping corridors before tracking the cursed spirit.
