Sakurada Niji joined Jujutsu High and changed the Star Plasma Vessel mission by saving Riko Amanai and Toji Fushiguro, while warning his friends about Kenjaku’s plans. After developing his domain and trapping Satoru Gojo in a spar, Niji joined Suguru Geto in rescuing Yu Haibara and Kento Nanami from the Ubusunagami.

• After dying in his original world, Qin Hong reincarnated in Japan as Sakurada Niji and discovered he could see and fight cursed spirits.
• Masamichi Yaga invited Niji to Tokyo Jujutsu High, where he met Satoru Gojo, Suguru Geto, and Shoko Ieiri and began training his fixation technique.
• Niji helped Gojo and Geto exorcise Rainbow Dragon, and his views on choosing whom to protect prompted Geto to reconsider his beliefs.
• Niji joined the mission to rescue Mei Mei and Utahime, then accompanied Gojo and Geto on the Star Plasma Vessel mission before Yaga sent him away with Shoko.

Sakurada Niji and Suguru Geto confronted dangerous curses and investigated the abuse of Nanako Hasaba and Mimiko. After Niji killed the Curse User who murdered their father, Geto brought the girls back to Jujutsu High, leaving Yaga to wonder how the mission had affected Niji.

• Sakurada Niji and Suguru Geto defeated Jogo’s attack at the station, freed the hostages, and Niji awakened Reverse Cursed Technique while saving a burned victim.
• Sakurada Niji joined Suguru Geto on missions, then followed him to Sanbon Tochi Mountain after Geto agreed to face the village’s cruelty without killing anyone.
• Sakurada Niji freed Nanako Hasaba and Mimiko from a cage while Suguru Geto confronted the villagers and exposed their mistreatment of the girls.
• The village chief confessed that a strange exorcist had lured Yoshihide Hasaba away and that the chief had caused his death, while Suguru Geto promised Nanako he would find the murderer.
• Sakurada Niji tracked down the Curse User, who confessed to killing Yoshihide Hasaba after becoming greedy over the sale of children with awakened Cursed Techniques.
