Shan En looked at the man who had suddenly stepped forward and asked, "Are you from the World-Destroying Church?"
"No. I'm just curious whether you really are who you claim to be."
Shan En said nothing more, merely chuckling twice.
Then, without warning, the man's head slipped off his shoulders and rolled across the ground.

Blood sprayed as his body fell.
Shan En's voice was icy. "You're not from the World-Destroying Church, yet you stepped forward to stick your nose into my business?"
That brief display of his power sent a chill through everyone watching.
No one had seen how Shan En killed the man. This [Yu Gu] was unfathomably powerful!
By now, most of those present were convinced that the man concealing his true face was [Yu Gu], a high-ranking Snake Card holder.
Even if he wasn't [Yu Gu], someone this powerful couldn't be far behind him.
Besides, [Yu Gu] had never appeared in the Sigma District before. Who could point out anything wrong with Shan En?
Shan En, for his part, felt no qualms.
In the Underground City, strength made the rules!
Shan En swept his gaze around again and said, "If no one from the World-Destroying Church wants to speak to me, my shop is opening today."
The onlookers exchanged glances, but no one voiced any further doubts.
Even the two planted agents Shan En believed belonged to the World-Destroying Church remained hidden in the crowd, quietly watching.
Since no one had any more questions, Shan En couldn't be bothered to speak first. After all, the point of this impersonation was to do business.
Shan En briskly set five Storage Boxes in the middle of the shop and told the dozen or so hired servants, "Put up the price tags, lay out the goods, and get
