"Mainly because they're out of people. Apparently, the head of the Sigma District Police Department was killed as soon as he made his move. That left only Gu Weiyang and Qi Tian capable of keeping the World-Destroying Church's Envoys in check."
Wei Rulai nodded. "No wonder. Qi Tian has said more than once that he doesn't get along with the people from Zone 1. Now the World-Destroying Church is clearly gearing up for a showdown with Zone 1. It's already a blessing that he isn't helping the church, never mind killing its people."
