At this, the doctors could no longer contain themselves.

Some Joint Medical Association missions are commissioned by other factions, with the association posting them on their behalf. Others come from the association itself. After completing a mission, you can choose one of two forms of payment: commission or contribution points. Commission means you get paid in cash, and that's that. Contribution points let you exchange for things you can't buy on the market."
"As for the missions, if you think the reward is too low, simply don't take them."
Hearing that the missions weren't compulsory, the doctors relaxed again.
