Instead, he walked over to the space between Qi Tian and Olof and asked, "May I sit here?"
Olof immediately shifted over. "Go ahead."
"Thank you."
Ma Liangdong, who was presiding from the middle seat, glanced at Qin Siyang before looking away. His gaze held neither contempt nor fear.
It was more like one armed man spotting another.
The phantom figure was still seated in Zone 1's section, though not particularly close to the front.
His attendance showed that Ander supported today's public hearing, while his seat showed that his support was limited.
That suited his status. If Ander had been the one directing the arrests of Fu Wanli and the others, it would have been beneath him.
After sitting down, Qin Siyang made no further preparations. He simply followed Qi Tian's example beside him and closed his eyes to rest.
He waited quietly for whatever unknown developments lay ahead.
After a while, Ma Liangdong spoke. "All right, it's time. We will now begin the public hearing on the criminal acts of Fu Wanli, He Kui, and Cui Zhonghua."
