Manderson came to a standstill in the same spot again.
Before he could react, Qin Siyang raised the long spear with one arm and thrust it toward him again.
Qin Siyang's movements were undeniably feeble, but the spear in his hand was so extraordinary that Manderson could not spot an opening during his attacks and seize the initiative with a counterstrike.
All he could do was dodge.
He stayed over a hundred meters away, constantly shifting position to attack, occasionally pausing to stand still and assess Qin Siyang's condition.
Manderson remained composed, observing him like this for another minute.
He interspersed his rapid movements with occasional pauses. Only when Qin Siyang's thrusts grew slower and slower, until he could barely hold the spear, did Manderson give a slight nod.
"It's time."
Manderson had already settled on a plan.
Attacking from every direction at once would seal off every blind spot. Qin Siyang could not possibly evade it.
If he struck first, his attack would surely be faster than Qin Siyang's. Once the attack was over, he would immediately retreat.
He still had fragments of the Tier Five Armor on his body. Even if the spear hit him, they could offer some protection. As long as he dodged in time, he would not lose his life.
At worst, he would need some time to recover from his injuries after killing Qin Siyang, and then he would be as good as new.
Then, dozens of orange Light-Shadow Clones appeared in an instant.
Every clone, along with his real body, raised their hands in unison. Streams of cyan light blasted toward the swaying figure at their center.
This time, Qin Siyang was not fooled by those figures of light.
With his sight gone, his world held nothing but darkness and wind.
