Qin Siyang was quite surprised to hear this. "It was Commander Zhao?"
"Yes. I was the one who received him when he came to post the job."
"True."
"All right, understood. Don't tell anyone else about this." Qin Siyang put away the Lie Detector.
"Commander Qin, you..."
Before Liu Yingxue could continue, Qin Siyang hung up on her. He really did not want to hear another word from this woman.
Then he handed the phone back to Huo Dangkou.
Huo Dangkou put his phone away and poured Qin Siyang another glass of orange juice, then took out a large bottle of it and set it nearby.
Qin Siyang glanced at the orange juice. "You run a tavern. Why keep so much orange juice around?"
Huo Dangkou smiled. "Better to be prepared."
Qin Siyang understood that he was probably the only person who ordered orange juice. By "better to be prepared," Huo Dangkou meant that he never knew when Qin Siyang might come by.
Thinking of Huo Dangkou's attentiveness, Qin Siyang could not help marveling. No wonder he had managed to play the fool in the Chu Character Legion for years without anyone seeing through him.
At the moment, however, Qin Siyang was troubled by the matter at hand.
He stared at the glass before him. Though his expression was calm, his thoughts were a tangled mess. "Huo Dangkou, you heard what just happened. What do you think?"
Huo Dangkou was taken aback. He had not expected Qin Siyang to ask him. "Commander Qin, I'm just a man who sells drinks. You should make your own decision on something this important."
"I'm only asking for your opinion. Say whatever you like. No one else will know."
Seeing that he could not get out of it, Huo Dangkou set down his glass
