Qin Siyang glanced at Li Tianming. "Old Li, you're not planning to make this public, are you?"
Li Tianming shook his head. "Humanity has already gone far down the wrong path. People at Sequence Levels Six, Seven, and even higher have complete control over the narrative. Making this public would be like trying to stop a speeding car with your bare hands. You'd only be branded a villain spreading dangerous lies and hasten your own death."
"So just keep developing quietly on your own. Who knows? One day, humanity's hope of salvation might rest on your shoulders."
Qin Siyang was unconvinced. "Everyone in this world lives their own way. Who needs you to go around saving them?"
"Fair point."
"Old Li, can you research the Origin Sequence? There's no information about this path at all. I really have no idea what I'm doing."
"I don't even know what the Path of the Believer looks like. How am I supposed to research it? Old Zhang could definitely give you some advice, but are you willing to tell him the whole story?"
For now, Qin Siyang still held something back from everyone except Li Tianming, so he waved a hand. "Apart from you, I don't plan on telling anyone else yet."
"Then that settles it. I can't actively ask around without raising suspicions, either. All I can do is keep an eye out for relevant information. If you want to keep it secret, you'll have to figure it out yourself."
"Ah, fine."
Qin Siyang shrugged and set the matter aside for now.
He opened the folder containing information on the Paper Review Committee's personnel and began reading carefully.
Li Tianming glanced at the files. "Principal Zhao gathered these for you?"
"Yes. I asked him to find information on every member of the
