Qin Siyang brought Ye Qianqian to the hospital.
The smell of disinfectant hit his nose.
It seemed no different from the hospitals he remembered.
Yet the biggest difference from the hospitals of his previous life was how few people there were.
The reception desk was deserted, and so were the corridors. Even the occasional doctor or patient's family member walked past at a measured pace.

He was still more accustomed to the noisy hospitals of his previous life, with their bustle of everyday life.

Qin Siyang kept pace beside her, comforting her as they went. "Don't rush. Your grandma will be fine."
Finally, after rounding a corner, Ye Qianqian pointed ahead, panting. "My... my grandma... cough, cough... my grandma is there."
Qin Siyang looked up. A group of doctors and nurses had gathered there, with several tall, burly men in plain clothes standing nearby.
He picked Ye Qianqian up again and sat her on his shoulders so she could rest.
Then he walked over and said, "I'm Zhu Li's family. Please make way."
The doctors looked grim.
Though they did not recognize Qin Siyang, they recognized the little girl on his shoulders, so they stepped aside.
Qin Siyang took one look and immediately covered Ye Qianqian's eyes.
"Qin Siyang, why are you covering my eyes?"
