Li Tianming and the survivors fought Royt’s army and tried to break his barrier as allies and enemies fell around them. The Sandworm joined the assault, but Gu Weiyang was gravely wounded and Qin Siyang offered to strike the barrier’s cracks.

• Li Tianming defeated Guo Jiuxiao, then Qin Siyang killed Wang Xuzuo and learned Huo Dangkou had released Chu Baxing before vanishing into sand.
• Gu Weiyang and Yu Jianyun learned Fan Baoluo was likely dead, while Zhu Haifeng carried the injured Fan Baoluo to Old Johnny’s Tavern and escaped Royt and Manderson.
• The rebels overwhelmed Zone 1’s fighters, seized Apocalypse Fragments, and faced a surprise attack from former allies including Qin Yingguang.
• Royt trapped the survivors inside a crow-filled Killing Array backed by an enormous army of low-tier fighters, while Zhu Haifeng and Fan Baoluo weakened the outer barrier by destroying its Storage Boxes.
• Li Tianming organized coordinated mental attacks and simultaneous strikes, but Royt strengthened the barrier’s self-repair as fighters fled using Apocalypse Fragments.
• The Sandworm attacked from below, stalling the barrier’s restoration, and Li Tianming coordinated the defenders and reinforcements as Royt sent Manderson, Qin Yingguang, and Jerry after Gu Weiyang and Xie Nanyun.
• Li Tianming and the Sandworm opened a crack in the barrier, but Manderson’s Rainbow Plague badly wounded Gu Weiyang as he continued striking it.
• As more survivors escaped and Royt’s crows killed those who tried to flee through the crack, Qin Siyang offered to attack the barrier’s cracks while Gu Weiyang weakened.

After Gu Weiyang’s death, Qin Siyang helped Chu Baxing take control of the Chu Character Legion, then uncovered Wen Shu’s hidden deeds. The Safe Zone’s factions mourned their losses and prepared to reorganize the United Government in Zone 1.

• Qin Siyang and Gu Weiyang widened the barrier’s crack, letting Qin Siyang break through as the approaching Crows turned to ash.
• Qin Siyang and his allies defeated Royt’s attack, but the Sandworm approached, forcing Qin Siyang to flee and Gu Weiyang to reveal Dmitri’s betrayal before dying.
• Qin Siyang stayed silent about the Apocalypse Fragment and attended Chu Xiaoang’s funeral, where Chu Baxing confronted the Chu Character Legion’s divided officers.
• Qin Siyang killed Huang Yihan when he rebelled, and Chu Baxing crushed the uprising, reorganized the legion, and executed Fu Zhaoyue for sabotaging Chu Xiaoang’s armor.
• Qin Siyang shared the Apocalypse Fragment with Chu Baxing, then hurried to Wen Shu’s home and fought Shen Shisong, who had attacked him while searching for her.
• Shen Shisong revealed that Wen Shu had secretly killed people who threatened Qin Siyang, and Qin Siyang killed him after learning they had both been chosen by the Eye of the Divine Crow.

Qin Siyang helped Qian Wendao take control of the United Government, won the Ministry of Armaments in a duel, and began consolidating its resources. After Gu Weiyang’s funeral, he made deals to secure mines and proposed uniting merchant associations, leaving him poised to expand his influence.

• Qian Wendao became Secretary-General, and the assembly appointed Fan Baoluo District Chief, An Youlu chief administrator, and Olof Deputy District Chief.
• Qin Siyang defeated Qin Yingguang in the Combat Arena and became Minister of Armaments, while Yang Xian was appointed Governor of State No. 5.
• Qin Siyang learned about the Ministry of Armaments’ supply constraints and factional rivalries, then began investigating its leadership and overdue military supplies.
• Qin Siyang read the third part of the [Apocalypse Fragment] and learned that eight evolutionary sequence domains existed and that his was the last.
• At Gu Weiyang’s funeral, Qin Siyang agreed to help Wang Xugong become head of the Wang Family in exchange for a share of its mines, and Chu Baxing agreed to send troops to secure them.
• Qian Wendao refused to authorize the Chu Character Legion’s deployment, so Qin Siyang and Chu Baxing would have to settle the matter with Zone 1 themselves.
• Qin Siyang met Zhao Sifang and Gu Yunpeng and proposed combining weakened merchants’ associations through equity, offering rare materials or funds to help establish the united association.

Qin Siyang exposed Qin Yingguang’s secret army, helped the Chu Character Legion secure the Wang Family’s mines, and prepared for a clash with Ander by pursuing Primordial Starshine. The arc left Qin Siyang and Li Tianming repeatedly risking death against the Skywalking Lion-Eagle, with Li Tianming discovering a silver orb on his Path of Self-Verification.

• Qin Siyang exposed the Ministry of Armaments directors’ scheme to return supplies, forced Lin Dexing to resign, and learned that Qin Yingguang had diverted supplies to secretly raise an army.
• Qi Tian and the Qi Legion destroyed Qin Yingguang’s hidden troops in District 13, while Qin Chunchang and Han Huizhi learned of the army’s defeat.
• Qin Siyang helped Wang Xugong secure the Wang Family’s mines for the Chu Character Legion, then ordered him to step down after his mother’s betrayal helped Zone 1 attack.
• Qin Siyang helped Wang Xutai become the new Wang Family Head, restored his lost eye, and accepted Qian Wendao’s deal to destroy the attackers’ bodies in exchange for choosing a research institute dean.
• Qin Siyang brought Li Tianming out of the Safe Zone as his [Insurance Provider] and explained that he needed to face death to advance along the [path of self-verification].
• Qin Siyang and Li Tianming worked out how to locate the Skywalking Lion-Eagle’s real body, but its feathers repeatedly killed Qin Siyang as Li Tianming restored him and he gathered Primordial Starshine.
• Qin Siyang and Li Tianming launched Li Tianming at the Skywalking Lion-Eagle, and after Li Tianming was beheaded and revived, he found a gleaming silver orb on his Path of Self-Verification.
