Qin Siyang forced his way into the Rookie King Conference, secured Qian Wendao’s return to public favor, and advanced after surviving a Ghost-Faced Heron. After joining Li Tianming to kill Zhou Xing, Qin Siyang ventured into a Doom Octopus’s lair with him.

• Qin Siyang earned recognition for his hunting points, collected his rewards, and discovered he qualified as a Rookie King but had not been invited to the conference.
• Qin Siyang refused to attend the conference without Qian Wendao, then confronted Chen Gongrang and publicly credited Qian for teaching him about god hunting.
• Qin Siyang exposed Johnson as the killer of Charles and Hu Changdu, making his conference attendance unavoidable and helping Qian Wendao regain standing with city officials.
• Wen Shu told Qin Siyang she had killed Zhou Yang and Roylena, while Qian Wendao received an assignment investigating missing God Remains.

After taking a Vine Heart from a fleeing boy, he returned to the Safe Zone as the boy rallied a crowd and Li Tianming explained how the heart could be claimed.

• Qin Siyang stopped Qin Siyang from attacking the Doom Octopus, explained its life-or-death wager, and helped Qin Siyang infer where it had hidden its heart so he could kill it.
• Qin Siyang and Li Tianming returned to the Safe Zone, where Qin Siyang's points and the Doom Octopus disc carapace drew attention from rival God hunters and a State investigation.
• Qin Siyang challenged the officials accusing him of cheating, and Li Tianming exposed that the research papers used to question his score misapplied his Horseshoe Crab model.
• Qin Siyang negotiated third authorship on Furensa's research paper and traveled to Area No. 7, where Furensa gave him research equipment and the Green-Patterned Armor.
• Qin Siyang entered Safe Zone Exit No. 207, hunted Gods, and discovered that Furensa wanted him to collect useful research remains.
• Qin Siyang saw a Sacrificial Giant Vine chase a boy who had stolen its Vine Heart, then took the heart from the boy's backpack and fled toward the Safe Zone.

Qin Siyang secured the Vine Heart, then partnered with Li Tianming and Qian Wendao to auction its development rights and bring Li’s former colleagues back together. As universities and research institutes rushed to recruit Qin and Li, Qin began special-admission negotiations and left the first meeting with only two institute deans still in contention.

• A crowd tried to seize Qin Siyang’s backpack, but he revealed that he had contracted the Vine Heart by making his restrained finger bleed, forcing them to back off.
• After Qin Siyang rejected Harrison’s request for the Vine Heart and passed the Administration Bureau’s questioning, he entrusted its development to Li Tianming, who accepted.
• Qin Siyang, Li Tianming, and Qian Wendao organized a bidding conference, where Li’s former colleagues announced they would resume research with him.
• The Education Department initially rejected universities’ request for early special admission, but Xiao Zhigang reversed course after several universities threatened to withdraw.

Presumed dead, he returned during his own memorial with the Crimson Crystal and gave Li Tianming its blood contract, leaving its allocation and the competing factions’ negotiations unresolved.

• Wang Bozhong and the university principals made offers to Qin Siyang and Li Tianming, and Qin Siyang negotiated privileges before choosing Nanrong University with Li Tianming.
• Qin Siyang and Li Tianming traveled to Area No. 9 and hunted gods near Safe Zone No. 213 Exit, where they pursued a Blood Salamander inside a Waterlogged Begonia.
• A hidden man dragged Qin Siyang underwater, and the Waterlogged Begonia pulled them into an underground passage, and Qin Siyang escaped the man but became trapped far below the surface.
• Qin Siyang survived underground, met Zhao Sifang, and learned that Li Tianming had returned with the Crimson Crystal while a memorial was being held for him.
