Jianxia arrived in the Heian Era, joined forces with Megumi and Shinji Zenin, and built his strength while taking in new cursed spirits. After the Zenin Clan faced internal threats and Tengen proposed a nationwide barrier and training center, Jianxia offered a global plan for distributing cursed energy and training sorcerers.

• Jianxia met Megumi Zenin while she fought a cursed spirit, then helped her and gained control of the spirit.
• Jianxia stayed at the Zenin Estate, sparred with Megumi, learned Hollow Wicker Basket from Shinji, and discovered the frozen Uraume, who chose to follow him.
• Shinji asked Jianxia to lead Auspicious and protect the Zenin Clan, and Jianxia accepted while vowing to oppose anyone who made the clan a monster.
• Jianxia defeated and absorbed the special grade Long, Thin Cursed Spirit, while Shinichi and Kago Zenin plotted to find Sukuna and take control of the clan.
• Megumi and Uraume brought Jianxia six captured cursed spirits, and Shinji introduced him to Tengen, who proposed a Japan-wide barrier and a Sorcerer Training Center.
• Jianxia warned that Tengen’s plan depended on her survival, then proposed distributing cursed energy worldwide and establishing training institutions across the globe.

Jianxia expanded Hiraizumi, secured the Great Barrier and the support of the Gojo and Kamo Clans, then drew settlers by traveling through the countryside. The arc ended with Shinichi Zenin captured in Hiraizumi and U dying after her fight with Gojo Gen, who began trying to heal her body.

• Jianxia enlisted Tengen and Shinji Zenin in preparing the Great Barrier, then accepted Zenin Wu Yan’s offer of an alliance and secretly bound him to serve Shinji.
• Jianxia and Shinji developed Hiraizumi into a growing settlement with houses, farmland, artisans, refugees, and a sewer system.
• Gojo Gen challenged Jianxia, but Jianxia defeated him by using cursed spirits, Evening Mist, and the collapsing barrier of Gojo Gen’s domain.
• Jianxia renovated the Zenin Estate, and Gojo Gen and Kamo Michisada agreed to move their clans to Hiraizumi.
• Jianxia accessed the Great Barrier’s information and set out with Uraume and Megumi Zenin to investigate a cursed spirit in Izu Province, recruiting villagers for Hiraizumi along the way.
• Shinichi Zenin and U arrived in Hiraizumi to find Ryomen Sukuna, but Shinji Zenin, Gojo Gen, and Kamo Michisada confronted them.
• U attacked Gojo Gen with the Inverted Spear of Heaven and pierced his neck, but he healed himself with Reverse Cursed Technique and survived.
• Kamo Michisada interrogated Shinichi with a foul initiation meal, while U returned to Hiraizumi and died from her injuries after thanking Gojo Gen for their fight.
